Machete Takes Top Property Marketing Award in Africa
We were delighted to hear that our campaign for The Signature development in Green Point had received the Best Development Marketing award for the African region in the 2020 International Property Awards held in London earlier this month.
“I know there are some in the industry who view the award business rather cynically,” said Creative Director, Nicholas Shepherd, “And certainly, we don’t believe any award is as valuable as achieving great results for our clients. That always has been and will remain our foremost priority and focus.
“But I have to admit there is a particular satisfaction in having our work recognised as being the best not only in South Africa, but the entire continent.
“After all, this is where we can compare the quality of our campaigns with those of our fellow specialists in the property marketing sector, and to have been rated the best on the continent is a singular honour. So huge congratulations to the entire Machete team who contributed to this dynamic and multi-faceted campaign.
